Pakistan Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa Monday said the struggle of Kashmiris was destined to succeed.
Rawalpindi: Pakistan Army Chief, General Qamar Bajwa on Monday said that Indian forces can never repress the spirit of Kashmiris who are rightfully waiting for the awakening of International community for the plebiscite in Kashmir under the UN resolution.
“Repression of Indian occupying forces can never suppress valiant spirit of Kashmiris, who rightfully await awakening of international community for plebiscite under UN resolution,” he said in a message on the Kashmir Solidarity Day according to a tweet of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor.
General Bajwa said that the struggle of Kashmiris was destined to succeed.
“Regardless of the ordeal, their struggle is destined to succeed IA (Inshaa Allah),” the COAS added
Pakistan is observing Kashmir Day today (February 5) to show solidarity with the people of Kashmir. The Prime Minister of Pakistan said the resolution of Kashmir dispute is essential for regional peace and development.
In a special message on the day, Pakistan’s representative to the United Nations Maleeha Lodhi said,”Today is the day for solidarity with Kashmir, but for Pakistan and Pakistani’s every day is the day for Kashmir solidarity”.
