Srinagar, Sep 13: Extremely poor service of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Jio in Kashmir Valley continues to haunt subscribers. Complaints are pouring in about these telecom giants that they have miserably failed to provide smooth and effective service to their subscribers. Frustrated subscribers are giving vent to their anger on social media networking sites where both these telecom giants have become a but of jokes.
“Be it BSNL or Jio, both telecom companies have virtually turned a Nelson’s eye towards the problems being encountered by the subscribers.
Whether it is mobile phone service or internet connectivity, the poor signal strength and slow speed are general complaints of the subscribers, who are paying hundreds of crores of rupees to these companies as revenue but getting extremely low quality services.”
From day one subscribers used to complain about the poor service of BSNL and now Jio is on the target of the subscribers. Jio that lured subscribers by its cheap schemes have left subscribers high and dry. “Seek a response about the service of Jio or BSNL from netizens on social media networking sites and you will get the true picture. These companies are looting the subscribers,” said one Muhammad Haroon.
The subscribers alleged that Jio 4G and BSNL ares running at snail’s pace. Not only the individuals but even work in offices is also used to suffer because of poor internet speed,” they said.
