Srinagar: Batting sensation of Kashmir, Manzoor Ahmad Dar (Pandav) who is going to play in Indian Premier League 2018 for Kings-XI Punjab emphasized that there is immense talent in the youth of Jammu and Kashmir and it is only hard work that can prove their worth. ANI reported
Manzoor was bought by Kings XI Punjab for the base price of Rs 20 lakh rupees, he says that he will gain a lot of experience in IPL in the presence of International cricketers as IPL is the biggest league in the world.
Dar told ANI, “IPL will be a learning path for me. IPL is the biggest league in the world. So I will get to learn a lot and will gain experience amid the international cricketers.”
“There is immense talent in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. We just need to work hard and then we can achieve anything,” he added.
Manzoor who hails from North Kashmir’s Bandipora district said that there is a lot of talent in the youth of Jammu and Kashmir and its only hard work that can prove their worth to achieve anything.
Manzoor is known for his power hitting and having won a couple of matches in the recent Mushtaq Ali T20 North Zone for Jammu and Kashmir, Manzoor was the penultimate player to get on auction list in a 2-day bidding war for players between IPL franchisees.
